1. General

1.1 The following terms of sale, delivery and payment apply to all our supplies and services.

All prices quoted are in euros, exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 For shipping the articles harswebshop.nl charges postage.

3.2 The amount of postage is listed on the Customer Service page.

3.3 We always ship your order as a package. We ship only within the Netherlands and to Belgium.

3.4 Netherlands: For delivery within the Netherlands, from an order size of € 75.00 excluding VAT, shipping is free up to the weight of 30 kilograms.

3.5 Belgium:

For orders up to € 150.00, € 10.95 shipping costs will be charged
For orders over € 150,00 shipping is Free

4. Payment

4.1 After placing an order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation summarizing your order and additional costs, including shipping costs excluding credit limitation

4.2 Each order is delivered only after payment has been made. You can pay for your order in the following ways:

4.2.1 by direct bank transfer through bank account. Payment must be made in full within 14 business days of the order date, after which the order will be shipped. During these days, Harswebshop.com will reserve the ordered items for you. Should payment not be received by the end of this period, the items will be released for sale again.

4.2.2. via Ideal or Paypal

4.2.3. on pickup in store, by appointment and within 14 days after you place your order through the web shop. During these 14 days, Harswebshop.co.uk reserves the ordered items for you. Should you not have stopped by for pickup within this time frame, these items will be released back for sale.

4.3 Harswebshop.co.uk sends a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

5. Liability

However, harswebshop.nl cannot be held liable for any damage, whether physical, material or immaterial, which would result from malfunctioning or improper use of the products sold by harswebshop.nl.
